Cultural sensitivity in customer service

This ESI-UK eLearning course provides students with a better understanding of how to best support a range of different cultures, along with an understanding of our own bias can impact how we treat each other.

Course Content

The course includes:

1. Why cultural sensitivity matters in customer service

2. Delivering exceptional customer service across cultures 

3. Communicating with cross-cultural customers

4. Confronting cultural bias in customer service

The final part of the course includes a short multiple-choice quiz.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital certificate supporting 1 hour of CPD.
