Change Management Process
This ESI-UK eLearning course is designed to support students gain a deeper understanding of the change management process, including how to make a case for change through to methods of measuring how effective this change has been.
Course Content

2. How to Develop and Communicate a Vision for Change
3. Creating a Change Action Plan
4. Tips for Employees Facing Change at Work
5. How to Measure the Effectiveness of Change
The final part of the course includes a short multiple-choice quiz.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital certificate supporting 1 hour of CPD.
