L3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
This programme is designed to support students throughout their learning journey for the Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard.
Designed in collaboration with ESI-UK and Aptem eLearning, this programme provides a structured learning and development journey, along with supportive assessment resources, all designed to support learning and assessment coverage of the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours within an apprenticeship standard.
Course Content
The course includes:

- Child development
- Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
- Diversity, equality and inclusion
- Develop effective and informed professional practice
- Partnership working in early years
- Child protection and safeguarding
- Promote health, safety and wellbeing
- Care for the physical and nutritional needs of children
- Support the development of positive behaviour in children
- How to promote play and learning in early years
- Outdoor play
- Social pedagogic framework
- Gateway
- End-Point Assessment
Each module contains both learning and assessment which are mapped to the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours of the Apprenticeship Standard.
Upon successful completion, students will receive a digital certificate.
