Mental Health Champions are people who have a good awareness of mental health, and in doing so are able to encourage positive mental health in both wider society and work. Completing this course will help provide you with the underpinning knowledge and skills to fulfil the role of a Mental Health Champion. However, this course is just the start, and your development journey in this area can continue once back in the workplace, implementing some of the great ideas and initiatives included in this course.

The final part of the course includes a short multiple-choice quiz.
