Principles of Customer Service

This ESI-UK eLearning course is designed to provide students with an introduction to customer service, including customer service skills, the importance of communication and how to manage difficult situations.

Course Content

The course includes:

  2. Customer service communication
  3. Cultural sensitivity in customer service 
  4. Dealing with difficult situations
  5. Customer communication channels
  6. Customer service skills


The final part of the course includes a short multiple-choice quiz.
