Workplace violence
This ESI-UK eLearning course is designed to support students understand the different types of workplace violence and how to react and deal with these in a safe manner.
Course Content
The course includes:
1. What Is Workplace Violence? Definition, Types, and Impact
2. Identifying and Reporting Early Warning Signs of Workplace Violence
3. Recognising and Neutralising Workplace Bullying
4. 3 Levels of Workplace Violence and How to Respond to Them
5. First Aid for Life-Threatening Bleeding
The final part of the course includes a short multiple-choice quiz.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital certificate supporting 1 hour of CPD.
